Welcome to your island retreat at The Meadows at Batabano, a peaceful gated community in West Bay, Grand Cayman. This modern 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhome spans three levels and blends comfort, style, and authentic island charm. The ground floor opens to lush landscaped grounds and a resort-style lap pool, perfect for relaxing or morning swims. Enjoy multiple balconies, a private top-floor primary suite, and access to a clubhouse and gym, ideal for families, couples, or extended stays.
This beautifully designed three-story townhome offers generous space, privacy, and effortless indoor-outdoor living. The ground floor serves as the heart of the home, featuring an open-concept living and dining area filled with natural light. From the living room, step directly out onto lushly landscaped courtyard grounds, with the expansive resort-style pool just beyond, creating a seamless connection between indoor comfort and outdoor relaxation. A convenient half bathroom is also located on this level. The modern kitchen is both stylish and functional, featuring quartz countertops, brand-new stainless steel appliances, and a large island with seating for three. A five-burner gas stovetop makes meal preparation easy, whether you’re cooking a full dinner or enjoying a casual breakfast before heading out to explore the island. On the second floor, guests will find two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and walk-in showers. One bedroom is set up as a children’s room with two twin beds and a small table and seating area, perfect for colouring, crafts, or board games during downtime. The second bedroom features a king-size bed and large sliding glass doors that fill the room with natural light and open onto a private balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool. The entire third floor is dedicated to the primary bedroom suite, offering a private retreat above it all. This spacious suite features a king-size bed, a walk-out balcony with elevated views of the grounds and slight ocean views, and a large ensuite bathroom with double vanity, a deep soaker tub, and a walk-in shower. The elevated position and full-floor layout create a calm, luxurious space ideal for unwinding at the end of the day. Guests also enjoy access to the community’s beautifully maintained amenities, including a long lap pool with comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas, perfect for both swimming and relaxing. Adjacent to the pool is the clubhouse and a fully equipped gym featuring sleek, commercial-grade equipment by True Fitness, ideal for guests who like to stay active while on vacation.
Guest have exclusive access to the townhome. Shared access to the pool, grounds and clubhouse and gym.
If the booking website does not collect it directly, a refundable security deposit of US$500 will be collected by the property prior to your stay. Must climb stairs for access to all bedrooms. Gated community with security gate access. We reserve the right to substitute equal or better accommodation in the event of a double booking or if the rental is unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to sale or repair.

Loved it here , house looked better in person and very spacious . Felt at home and comfortable and pool is huge . Will definitely book again
We were so happy to stay at this lovely property! It was nice to be in a gated community. The pool is absolutely beautiful and the gym was a wonderful amenity as well. The place was absolutely spotlessly clean. The water pressure was good and there were plenty of supplies. Definitely recommend!
