The apartment was nice and clean. Nice kitchen and bedrooms.
We loved our stay at Seagull #1, a perfect place for a getaway. Just three steps from a beautiful white sand beach. You can enjoy the ocean view from every window of the apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio; the view is simply unforgettable, feeling the breeze and listening to the sound of the sea. The apartment is well-equipped and very clean. A perfect place! Excellent service from Cayman Luxury Rentals.
The condo was in a great location, super spacious and a wonderful set up for our family. Walked to beach, restaurants and grocery stores, and our kids loved the pool area. Would highly recommend for a family location.
Highly Recommend but will not return due to no Activities. If you are looking for a turnup resort this is not it. It’s a very quiet & private property right off the lake. Walking distant (10mins) to beach, just have to cross a busy rode so be careful. Once you cross the rode it will be stores, restaurants & clubs (Bliss & The Hive). Property & home was beautiful. Elevator which leads directly into home doesn’t have AC & can be a lil difficult to access but after 1st day we were good. Home came with cookware which we used to cook breakfast. Comes with basic salt, pepper, syrup & ketchup packets. 3 BR all have access to balcony but not living room which is weird but not a problem for us. Washer & dryer was a plus just didn’t have much laundry detergent & no bleach so bring your own. Only issues were the shower in main br went down slow as well as sink in hallway. Upon departure I was told that some towels had hair dye on them so make sure to bring your own. I was charged $50.
